The '''''1978 Chuck E. Cheese Halloween Mask''''' was a promotional item distributed alongside the 1978 Jasper T. Jowls Halloween Mask- only confirmed to have been given at the fourth Pizza Time Theatre location, [[Sacramento (Florin Mall), CA (7020 Stockton Blvd)]], though likely was givern or sold at other locations around the time.

The only other appearance of either mask is in the [[San Jose, CA (370 S Winchester Blvd)]] 1979 news coverage, which depicts the Jasper mask amongst other collectables on a frame labeled "The Pizza Time Promotions", likely affirming the promotion was at least also held at the Winchester location, and seemingly dating the footage.

A seller for a mask on eBay noted that "...this was from his birthday in Sacramento California.", giving credit to the idea the masks were used outside of the Halloween promotion.
