History
The Henrietta CEC opened on June 30, 2001, with Phase 3 (2000) and a Studio C Alpha with a Chuck E. Cheese 32m (Animatronic). In 2012, the location would receive the 2012 update to the 2003 Cool Chuck Reconfiguration.

Closure
On June 25, 2020, the Henrietta Chuck E. Cheese's was one of the many stores that permanently closed due to the company's bankruptcy that year. The space is now Boot Barn. As a result of Henrietta's closure, Greece, NY (3130 W Ridge Rd) is currently the only CEC in the Rochester area.
