'''''West Seneca, NY (3525 Seneca St)''''' was a Showbiz Pizza Place that opened on April 1, 1983, with a Classic Stage and closed in either January or February 1988. The store reopened as a Major Magic's All-Star Pizza Revue in 1988 and closed by the mid-1990s.

== History ==

=== Showbiz Pizza Place ===

The West Seneca Showbiz Pizza Place opened on April 1, 1983 <ref name="cep1">[https://www.newspapers.com/article/the-buffalo-news-showbiz-pizza-place-ope/120690950/ newspapers.com]</ref>, as the second and last SPP in New York, following [[Amherst, NY (1551 Niagara Falls Blvd)]].

Due to their greater popularity and profits, both Showbiz stores outcompeted the nearby Pizza Time Theatre at the Thruway Mall in Cheektowaga. After the PTT closed on July 29, 1985, the stores allowed former Chuck E. Cheese's customers to exchange their tokens for Showbiz tokens <ref name="cep2">[https://www.newspapers.com/article/the-buffalo-news/149344838 newspapers.com]</ref>.

In December 1985, the West Seneca Showbiz, along with the Amherst Showbiz, hosted the [[Santa Klunk On Stage Show 1985 (Event)]]. The two New York stores are the only ones known to have hosted this event, and it is unknown if this was a continuation of Santa On Stage 1984 (Event) or a custom event for the two locations. <ref name="cep3">[https://www.newspapers.com/image/876576409/?clipping_id=133277549&fcfToken=eyJhbGciOiJIUzI1NiIsInR5cCI6IkpXVCJ9.eyJmcmVlLXZpZXctaWQiOjg3NjU3NjQwOSwiaWF0IjoxNjk3MDUxNzY2LCJleHAiOjE2OTcxMzgxNjZ9.IkeaTHC2_3s6_5567vQj5M1sZfOTg42pjzEoIb6UM54 newspapers.com]</ref>

In either January or February of 1988, both the West Seneca and Amherst Showbiz stores were shuttered.

=== Major Magic's All-Star Pizza Revue ===

Starting around late February 1988, hiring began for the future Major Magic's restaurants that would replace both of the former Showbiz locations. <ref name="cep4">[https://www.newspapers.com/article/the-buffalo-news-amherst-and-west-seneca/110850841 newspapers.com]</ref> Sometime after this, the new restaurants would open. Like most other Major Magic's, both stores housed the Rock 'n Roll Rebellion. Though the exact year is unknown, the two locations closed by the mid-1990's.

=== Fate of the Animatronics ===

The fate and whereabouts of the Rock-afire Explosion and the Rock 'n Roll Rebellion are currently unknown.
