The pizza would later change recipe in 1979-1980. With this, the Canadian bacon and tomatoes would be removed from the toppings, and in their place would be Linguica style sausage. On May 14th, 2024, the YouTube channel ''Home Made Nation'' would collaborate with CEC to feature a video at the Northridge, CA (8425 Reseda Blvd) with Matt Daniel bringing along various items from the company archives.
