'''''Chuck E.'s Fiesta Mexicana''''' is a generic live show released alongside [[Chuck E's Tall Tales]] which could be played through December 2001.

== Summary ==

The show starts with an intro featuring the Chuckettes along with some kids and presumably a character named Uncle Simon.
